Communications:
- Program schedules and competitive team information can be found on the bulletin boards in the gym lobby, and in the newsletter. You have a personal family file in the lobby - please remember to check your file at each practice to get your invoices and competition information etc.
-
Please refer to the current Team Handbook for policies and information regarding the rules, guidelines, policies, expectations and obligations of team members and their families.
-
Please check the office schedule for times when the office is open for you to register, pay fees, buy shop cards, ask questions etc. Please do not approach coaches who are on the gym floor as they have responsibility for the safety of the gymnasts they are coaching.
-
Should you have a question or concern about your gymnasts training, competition level, schedules, meets etc, please leave a message for Head Coach Garry Ricks to set up a time to meet or talk.
-
If you have a question about an incident or a concern with a specific coach, please leave a message at the office or by phone in order to set up a meeting with that coach.
- We are happy to answer any questions or concerns and listen to feedback about our program delivery. Conversations with other parents or gymnasts may mislead you or give you the wrong impression. We encourage everyone to come forward with any question you may have about your gymnast, their progress, and the competitive program.
Arrive on Time:
Please make every effort to arrive prior to class and be ready to participate with proper training attire on! Girls, please have hair secured away from your face with clips etc as needed! Activities at the beginning of gym and dance class are important for warming up the body and preventing injuries.
